BEDSUM processes orders as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, sales events, severe weather, carrier disruptions, address review, or payment review.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is specifically shown at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a package ships.

Shipping address

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If the address is incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Split shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages or from more than one fulfillment location. If this happens, tracking details may be provided separately.

Lost, delayed, or marked-delivered packages

If tracking shows a delay, exception, or delivery issue, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and tracking details. We may ask you to check the delivery location, household members, building office, or carrier updates while we review the shipment.

International shipping

Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. International orders, where available, may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import requirements charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
