Returns and Refunds
We want your BEDSUM order to arrive in good condition and match what you ordered. If you need help with a return, please contact us through the Contact page within 30 days of delivery and include your order number.
Return eligibility
- Items should be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging when possible.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable are not eligible for return unless required by law.
- For hygiene reasons, bedding that has been washed, used, damaged after delivery, or altered may not be eligible for return.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us promptly with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
Refund timing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive another item is to place a new order after your return is approved.
